i need help trying to pick out the best speakers for my suround sound?

i have a sony str-de598 receiver and im trying to decide what speakers are the best. im a big movie watcher mostly action, scarey and war movies and im trying to decide between the bose acoustimass 10 home thearter system, Hsu Research VT-12 speakers, or should i just buy four bose 161 speakers and the bose vcs-10 center speaker or if anyone knows of anyother speakers that are better. i dont need a sub cause i already have one witch i would use as a second if i get the acoustimass 10. please help thank you

While I don't own and have never heard the HSU VT-12's I do own an HSU sub and love it - that and knowing that the Bose speakers are horrid sounding I would suggest you go with the HSU system, as you will notice the HSU's have actual performance specs posted on the website, you will not find any for the Bose - makes you wonder doesn't it?
