Can anyone help me. I want to buy a home theatre speaker system that gives the best sound quality.

I don't think you mean the absolute best. However what sound you get is dependent on your budget.

A good entry level system can run a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars.

High end systems can easily reach several hundred thousand.

So really you need to be more specific in your application, budget, expectations,etc.. to really get a good idea of what to get.

Where can I find a good Speaker system for a 2500 sq ft room?

The room that I need it for is a little bit more than 2500 square feet. I want a speaker system with 4-8 speakers. No sub woofer is required, and they should be able to get pretty loud. Budget is around $600
Speakers are going to be hung from the ceiling, and don't need to be that big. Will be hooked up to existing soundsystem in adjacent room. The room is kind of a cafe'/Rec room, so nothing too bulky

You don't need 4 to 8 speakers for that size room. If you get 2 PA type speakers and a proper amp, that is all you need. If you plan to connect mics, you'll need some type of mic mixer too.

This system will get plenty loud for that sized room. You can connect any audio source to the powered mixer - ipod - cd player - mics - whatever
