im lookin for a good home cinema system for around £200 or less.
i would appreciate some feedback on these as i dnt know much about speakers n stuff -

i have a panasonic tv btw.
and also i was wondering what exactly satelite speakers means..?

I would say you could make the Samsung system sound the best since you have a lot of control over speaker placement. It doesn't have as much power as the Panasonic system but quite a bit more than the Pioneer.
The satellite speakers are the speakers you place around the room. Typically, you will have one subwoofer and 5 satellite speakers.
I've not heard any of these, but none of these companies are known for good speakers. Have you looked at the Yamaha line? I'm in the US so I can't speak to pricing, but their products sound pretty darn good in the lower price ranges.

Any good Home Cinema Systems?

I'm looking for a home cinema system which has really good sound quality and has the "tall boy" style speakers. Any good ones for around £200? UK only please and from reputable companies :). I've been searching all day and not found anything that hasn't been discontinued. I like the look of the Samsung HT-TZ225 or the Samsung HT-THX35R. Both out of stock.

If you want the best I would suggest the Onkyo HTS9100THX 7.1 channel home theater system at $948.98. If you want a more conservative priced one I would say the Samsung HTAS720ST 5.1-channel home theater system at only $449.98
