What are the best computer speakers under $50?

I'm on a budget. I would like them to sound awesome--but not bassy. I want pure, clean, accurate sound.

Cb radio and a pa speaker for under $50?

Is it possible to get a decent cb radio with a PA system and the extra speaker for the PA system. For under $50 also how difficult are they to install? Any suggestions on which is a good model?

You can buy a "decent" new CB Radio under $50 and an "inexpensive" trumpet speaker for around $11 (don't forget tax and shipping if applicable). Most radios and speakers come with directions, but every installation is different.
