go buy yourself some JBL speakers

and a receiver - I know it may sound expensive but for 300-400 you can get yourself something really good

then just plug into the receiver your tv / game system / movies /whatever

thats going to sound so much better than some of the computer speakers you mentioned

anyway search online for some JBL's in your price range and enjoy !

* Corsair CX-500v2 PSU -- 3k
* DELL ST2220L/M HD LED -- 7.8k
* Logitech/MS Desket -- 0.6k
* Logitech z103 Speakers -- 0.7k
Total ---- 31.1k
+
* MSI HD 6850 Cyclone edition -- 9.6k
Grand Total ---- 40.7k
So, the final price will come at max. 41k

The graphics card above is great card. This one is a great OCing card and can even match the performance of HD 6870 (priced almost 2k more) when OCed.
If you can increase your budget to 45k, then you can get the i5-2400 for 4k more which will be the best processor for you.
