i dont have the original remote to my tv but i have the sony d900 speaker system remote that controls my tv..how do i remove the little screen/box?

I don't think that remote will operate the PIP function on the TV. You may be able to access the PIP settings with the keys on the front panel of the TV.

and i want to play video games with the output being my massive stereo:L how do i do this? what cable do i need?

I would get an aux/input cord, one aux jack and the oter end with the red and white plugin. Put the re and white into the receiver (main source) of your speakers.
